Where are you located?
Pruspektive Media is based out of Keizer, OR. However, we travel all over to produce content for our couples! If travel is further than 2 hours from Keizer we do charge a small travel fee of $4o/hr traveled.
How will I receive my wedding album?
All of our wedding albums are delivered digitally on a wedding album delivery site called “Pixieset”. It is essentially a personalized website where you can navigate through your entire wedding day by category. From there you will be able to view, share, and download your entire album to share with friends and family!
How will I receive my wedding film?
All of our wedding films are delivered digitally on a wedding film delivery site called “Mediazilla”. From there you will be able to watch, share, and download your film to share with all of your friends and family!
How do payments work?
Great question! We take payments in 1/3 increments. The first 1/3 is due when you are ready to book. The second 1/3 is due 4 weeks before the day of your wedding. The final 1/3 is due once we have delivered your entire package. We find that this works best for most of our clients. However, we know that all couples are different, so if you have a specific need please let us know!
We accept payment via: cash or check, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay, and Facebook Pay.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PHOTOS/VIDEOS?
Our photo-only and video-only packages take approximately 8-10 weeks to deliver from the date of your wedding. Our combo package (photo + video) takes about 10-12 weeks to complete. This is because we do a lot of weddings :) At any given time, we likely have 3-4 weddings in our editing queue. We ask that you be patient as we work to deliver your package on schedule.
Can I see a sample contract?
Do you have a drone?
YES! We fly the drone for every wedding film we produce (weather permitting). Our couples have such gorgeous venues and we make it a priority to capture that aerial perspective.
